This is my Modified recipe. i will post the link to the original recipe.
Sauce:
4 Tbs. Soy Sauce
2 Tbs. Orange Juice
1 tsp. Red wine vinegar
2 Tbs. Brown Sugar
2 tsp. sesame oil or canola oil
2 tsp. red pepper flakes ( i don't do quite that much)
2 Tbs. Cornstarch
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Ginger
1 Cup. Water
Combine all in a small bowl and set aside.
Cube 1 chicken breast per person. Chop 1 cup of baby carrots, onion & broccoli. Brown Chicken & onion. you can steam the other veggies or just throw them in when the chicken is almost done. When veggies are tender add sauce.
Serve over rice..
