Sweet & Sour Meatballs

This is another Yummy recipe that Mike really likes and we got it from the Dinner Co-op too. My mom was saying that she had meatballs she had to get rid of so i figured we could share this recipe with her.

Sweet & Sour Meatballs over rice
-one Bag frozen meatballs
- 1/2 cup. pineapple juice (put chunks aside for later)
-1/3 cup vinegar (a little less)
-1 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tbsp cornstarch
-1/2 cup sugar
Warm frozen meatballs in a fry pan.
-Add the following sauce to meatballs
cook until thick then add the pineapple chunks. Serve over rice. ENJOY!
