Crock Pot Chicken Terryaki

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can (6 ounces) pineapple juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low all day. Serve over white or brown rice with fresh or frozen veggies

Prep for Dinner Co-op: 
Cut chicken & combine everything into a Plastic Baggie. The Ladies can freeze. Also provide the rice & if you want the veggies.
